Configuration and connection into an electrical functional solar cell matrix; a solar module for grid-connected applications consists of a total of 40 or 60 solar cells.

Preparation of the module coating made of glass, film and solar cells.

Laminating into weatherproof units:
Cells are embedded into a glass/film laminate using a thermal vacuum process

Framing:
Pressing an aluminum frame

Sun simulator:
Sorting the modules in 5-watt increments depending on the performance; positive sorting
